How to order products?
You may order products directly on-line through our web store, by phone or by email.
Ordering through web store:
1. Only registered users can order the products. Registration form is available here >>
2. If You are already registered user, login to the system entering your e-mail and password into login form (top right corner).
3. Select products of interest by browsing "Riding goods" catalogue in the "Riding equipment" menu.
4. Once You have found a product that interests You, add it to the virtual shopping cart - You need enter the quantity of the selected product and click on cart icon, which You find next to the product in the products list or in the product's description page.
5. You may view or correct (delete product or change amount) Your shopping cart, having clicked on "Cart (unconfirmed orders)" link at the top right corner or in the product's description page below the cart icon.
6. View Your order and click on Order button. You'll get confirmation e-mail and Your order will be sent to the web store administrator.
7. Web store administrator finalize Your order (checks products quantities and specify delivery price) and send You by email the document for advance payment (in 24 hours from order submit). You'll need to make a payment within ten working days following receipt of advance payment. After we receive the payment, we'll send You (to the address, found in Your registration data) an invoice together with the ordered products by the courier mail *. In case of additional questions, web store administrator will contact You by phone.
Ordering by phone or email:
1. Select products of interest by browsing "Riding goods" catalogue in the "Riding equipment" menu.
2. Contact to the web store administrator by phone +37065599906 or email jojimoprekes@horsemarket.lt.
3. Inform that You would like to order the products from the web store catalogue.
4. Specify products names, quantities and products numbers.
5. Web store administrator will form Your order (checks products quantities and specify delivery price) and send You by email the document for advance payment (in 24 hours from order submit). You'll need to make a payment within ten working days following receipt of advance payment. After we receive the payment, we'll send You (to the address, found in Your registration data) an invoice together with the ordered products by the courier mail *. In case of additional questions, web store administrator will contact You by phone.
* If the weight of the ordered products doesn't exceeds 20 kg and total cost is 500 Lt (145 EUR) and more, delivery within Lithuania is for free! In case the weight of the products
exceeds 20 kg, the total cost is less than 500 Lt (145 EUR) or delivery to other countries is required, delivery price will be specified in the advance payment document. Within Lithuania shipments will be delivered in 2-3 work days.
