- How to register to Horsemarket.lt website?
You will find registration form here >>. At first step choose whether You are registering as natural or legal person. In the registration form You must fill in the mandatory fields marked with red star. Do not forget to insert generated symbols shown in the picture at the bottom of the form.
After registration, join the system by entering Your e-mail and password in to login form at the top right corner.

- How to connect to Horsemarket.lt site?
If You are already registered, please login to the system using the login form (top right corner) entering Your user name and password.

- How to edit registration data and change password?
If You are already registered, please login to the system by entering Your e-mail address and password using the login form at the top right corner and click link „Edit my data“ in the appeared user menu. In this window You can view and edit Your registration data and also change Your password.

- What to do if I forget the password?
In case you forgot you password, e-mail us to administracija@horsemarket.lt. We will send You the password to Your e-mail that is identified in the registration form. After connecting to Horsemarket.lt web site You will be able to change your password by using the link “Edit my data” on the right top corner.

- What services are provided for registered users?
Please register for Horsemarket.lt website and enjoy it actively using offered services. Having registered, You will take the advantage of the following services:
- Order products in the production catalogue
- Place the advertisements of the horses at Horsemarket.lt website, using wide selection of the publishing plans
- Publish various the news at Horsemarket.lt website, using wide selection of the publishing plans
- Place promotional banners at Horsemarket.lt website, using wide selection of the publishing plans
- Subscribe for the newsletter by e-mail
- View history of orders of products and reorder if needed

- ORDERING PRODUCTS
- How to order products on-line through our web store?
1. Only registered users can order the products. Registration form is available here >>
2. If You are already registered user, login to the system entering your e-mail and password into login form (top right corner).
3. Select products of interest by browsing "Riding goods" catalogue in the "Riding equipment" menu.
4. Once You have found a product of interest, add it to the virtual shopping cart - You need to enter the quantity of the selected product next to it in the products list or in the product's description window and click on cart icon.
5. You may view or correct (delete product or change amount) Your shopping cart, having clicked on "Cart (orders)" link at the top right corner or in the product's description window below the cart icon.
6. View Your order and click on Order button. You'll get confirmation e-mail and Your order will be sent to the web store administrator.
7. Web store administrator finalizes Your order by checking quantity of products and specifying delivery price, and sends You by email the document for advanced payment (in 24 hours from order submit) that has to be paid within 10 working days following receipt of advanced payment. After we receive the payment within identified period, we'll deliver You ordered products to the address, found in Your registration data (together with an invoice) by the courier mail. In case of additional questions, web store administrator will contact You by phone.

- How to order products by phone or email?
1. Select products of interest by browsing "Riding goods" catalogue in the "Riding equipment" menu.
2. Contact to the web store administrator by phone +370 655 99906 or email jojimoprekes@horsemarket.lt.
3. Inform that You would like to order the products from the web store catalogue.
4. Specify products names, quantities and products numbers.
5. Web store administrator will form Your order by checking quantity of products and specifying delivery price and send You by email the document for advanced payment (in 24 hours from order submit) that has to be paid within 10 working days following receipt of advanced payment. After we receive the payment within identified period, we'll deliver You ordered products to the address, found in Your registration data (together with an invoice) by the courier mail. In case of additional questions, web store administrator will contact You by phone.

- What are conditions of products delivery?
We'll deliver You ordered products to the address, found in Your registration data (together with an invoice) by the courier mail.
If the weight of the ordered products doesn't exceeds 20 kg and total cost is 500 Lt (145 EUR) and more, delivery within Lithuania is for free! In case the weight of the products exceeds 20 kg, total cost is less than 500 Lt (145 EUR) or delivery to other countries is required, delivery price will be specified in the advance payment document. Delivery within Lithuania is carried out in 2-3 work days.

- What are conditions of payment for products?
After specifying Your order, the document for advanced payment (in 24 hours from order submit) that has to be paid within 10 working days following receipt of advanced payment will be sent to You by email. After we receive the payment within identified period, we'll deliver You ordered products to the address, found in Your registration data (together with an invoice) by the courier mail.

- How to order Bockmann products?
Choose the product form the Bockmann products catalog and send Your letter of inquiry by email info@horsemarket.lt or call by phone +370 699 29065.
Trailers price are proposed as standard complement price in Germany. Final price in Lithuania will be: proposed price + ~500 EUR transportation cost + 250 EUR preparation of export documentation + additional accessories price + 18 % VAT tax from total.

- Why is it useful to place horse advertisement in the Horsemarket.lt site?
Do you want to sell a horse? If so, then Horsemarket.lt site is exactly what You need! From now on site visitors, intending to buy a horse, are able to contact with You directly, without any middlemen! All questions about Your horse You’ll get by email, directly from the potential buyer.
Only registered users can place advertisements. Registration form is available here >>. If You are already registered, please login to the system using the login form at the top right corner and click link „Place horse advertisement“ in the appeared user menu.

- How to place advertisements on horses, promotional banners and news in the Horsemarket.lt site?
Only registered users can place advertisements, promotional banners or news (further on called service). Registration form is available here >>. If You are already registered, please login to the system by entering your e-mail and password using the login form at the top right corner and click links „Place horse advertisement“, “Place banner” or “Place news” in the appeared user menu.
If You’re trying to place the service for the first time, by clicking on one of the above mentioned links You will be presented at once with a form for service placement that has to be filled (mandatory fields are marked with red star). If You already have placed services, so You are redirected to the list of services. At the top of this window the link of service placement form is given.
At the bottom of the form the key is given ”further>>“, which redirects to the list of service publishing window. Only by choosing concrete payment plan You will be able to publish service. After the payment plan is chosen, please click the key “place”, in the new window You will be given an invoice that has to be paid by transfer of indicated sum of money. By making a transfer You must indicate the invoice number provided to You. Your loaded service will be published in Horsemarket.lt website within 24 hours from the reception of invoice payment. You will be informed by e-mail about the publication of Your service.
In the window of the list of published services You may look through the status of services. The special column “Status” is given. Possible status of services: new – when service is just placed but not published yet, as publication plan is not paid; published – comes to this status when administrator publishes service after the payment is received; expired – when expire date of service has ended (depending on the chosen plan of payment).
Beginning of the placed service validity is the moment of its publication that is moment when administrator publishes it after the payment for service is received. You are informed by e-mail about the ending of the service validity in five days before the expiration date and You receive offer to extend it.
You have an opportunity to extend the validity of placed service. For that purpose the key “to renew” appears next to expired service or service about to expire (in 5 days before the expire date). By clicking the key the list of payment plans for publication is given. The same as in placement of new service, by choosing the plan the invoice is given after payment of which Your publication of service will be extended for the period of payment plan.
In case You decide to terminate the publication beforehand (ie. You already sold the horse), please click the key “remove” in the window of service list next to the particular service. All kind of status service may be removed.
As well the opportunity to modify data of placed service is provided. For that purpose in the window of list of services click on the key “modify” next to the particular service. Modification is possible to unpublished services that status is “new” or “expired”. If there is a wish to modify already published service, please contact us by e-mail administracija@horsemarket.lt.

- What are charges for publishing services in the Horsemarket.lt?
HorseMarket.lt takes one-off charge for publishing services. Available payment plans are*:
For advertisement service:
- Plan A - 50 Eur (1 advertisement for 1 month)
- Plan B - 80 Eur (1 advertisement for 2 months)
- Plan C - 110 Eur (1 advertisement for 3 months)
For promotional banner service:
- Plan A - 400 Eur (1 banner for 1 month)
- Plan B - 1000 Eur (1 banner for 3 months)
For news service:
- Plan A - 200 Eur (1 news for 1 week)
- Plan B - 250 Eur (1 news for 2 weeks)
- Plan C - 350 Eur (1 news for 1 month)

- What are conditions of payment for services?
When selecting the payment plan for services, You are presented with an invoice that has to be paid by transferring indicated sum of the money. By making a transfer You must indicate the invoice number provided to You. Your loaded service will be published in Horsemarket.lt website within 24 hours from the reception of invoice payment.

- How to view history of orders and reorder?
If You are already registered, please login to the system using the login form (top right corner) and click link „Orders history“ in the appeared user menu. In this window You can view detailed history of orders and repeat concrete order if needed.

- How to subscribe for Horsemarket.lt site news?
Only registered users can order the products. Registration form is available here >>. If You are already registered, please login to the system using the login form at the top right corner and click link „Subscribe news“. If you would like to subscribe the news, click the button "subscribe".
By subscribing to the news, You will receive information about the news, feasts and events, horse-show published in the website. News will be sent by e-mail, that was indicated in Your registration form. If Your e-mail has changed, You may refresh your registration data in the column “Edit my data”.
If You aren’t getting the news of the website, contact Horsemarket.lt administration by email administracija@horsemarket.lt. If You would like to cancel the subscription, click the button "unsubscribe".
